Teiah’s Real Estate Philosophy

My love for real estate revolves around my firm belief that buying a home is one of the best investments that a person can make. History shows that real estate is one of the soundest places to put your money. Just take a look at the history of Denver home prices from the last 25 years. Many homes that were purchased in the early 80’s for between 60k – 80k are now worth between 500-700k or more. That being said, my love for real estate also stems from the very personal connection I make with each client and my goal for making the home buying and selling process as seamless as possible.

Being a Realtor involves far more than me driving clients around to look at homes. . .oh, if only it were that easy! My job is to, above all else, find you the best home, deal, and situation possible in addition to creatively solving any problems that may pop up during the process. My ability to think outside of the box will always give you the advantage as my client. I take great pains to educate my clients on the market and point out ALL the pros and cons of any possible transaction. My philosophy is to never “sell” but instead to educate, inform, warn, and advise. I adore working with people from all backgrounds. .from first time home buyers, to savvy investors, builders, sellers, buyers, those doing a 1031 exchange, and relocations. I strive to make each and every client a client for life!
